I would like to say that I have been working for Halcyon since 05/01/2010 and it has been a very rewarding, positive experience both personally and professionally. My boss is kind, flexible, and truly makes me feel like he cares about me and my needs. I always feel like I have the support that I need. All of my interactions with other staff members from HR to the president and vice president of the company have always been comfortable and professional. I always feel like a valued member of the team, not just and employee number. My benefits are great. The company offers reimbursement for CEU's which is greatly appreciated. The company as a whole operates with the highest ethical and professional standards. Halcyon Rehabilitation is one of the best companies I have worked for. You are not an "employee number", but rather you are always considered an important part of a team. Not only have I taken pride in being able to say I was an employee of Halcyon, when I have networked with therapist from other buildings, they feel the same way. Halcyon offers a great continuing education financial program, bonuses, incentives, a great amount of PTO, and really appreciates what their therapist do day-to-day. They make sure all therapists are educated on any insurance changes, and take the time out to in-service all staff about it. You can always ask any one questions.
